Q: How do I add an expense using voice input?
A: Tap the microphone icon on the "Add Expense" screen and speak naturally. For example, say "Coffee 5 dollars" or "Groceries 50 pounds at Tesco". Dwellio will automatically parse the amount, description, and category.
Q: Is my financial data secure?
A: Absolutely! Your data is stored locally on your device with end-to-end encryption. We use industry-standard security measures including SQLite encryption and biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID). Your financial information is never shared with third parties.
Q: Can I sync my data across multiple devices?
A: Yes! Enable cloud sync in Settings to keep your data synchronized across all your devices. Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
Q: How do I attach receipts to expenses?
A: When adding or editing an expense, tap the camera icon to take a photo of your receipt or select an existing image from your photo library. The receipt will be securely attached to that expense record.

A: Yes! Go to Settings → Export Data and choose your preferred format (CSV or JSON). You can export expenses, income, budgets, and savings goals for use in spreadsheets or other financial tools.

A: Navigate to Settings → Currency and select your preferred currency from the list. Dwellio supports multiple currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, and many more.

A: Dwellio includes pre-defined categories like Food & Dining, Transportation, Shopping, Bills & Utilities, Entertainment, Health, and more. You can also create custom categories in Settings → Categories.

A: Go to the Budget tab, tap "Create Budget", select a category, set your monthly limit, and save. Dwellio will track your spending against this budget and alert you when you're approaching your limit.
Q: Can I use Dwellio offline?
A: Yes! Dwellio works completely offline. All your data is stored locally on your device, so you can add expenses, view reports, and manage budgets without an internet connection.
Q: How do I delete my account and data?
A: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data from the app and cloud storage (if enabled). This action cannot be undone.
